Unfortunately, another issue with beige paint is that it doesn't look that dirty. Which, after some mud-filled hooning, seems like a badge of honor.

I laugh because that's muddier than my dad's truck has ever been as far as I know.

Pavement queen?

Slightly. There's really nowhere within an hour to go play in the mud though.

This was at cycling practice. The parking lot for the mountain biking course is, imagine if you will, a dirt/gravel lot. One of them had what can best be described as small lake at the end. My best (horrible) Collin Mcrae impersonation ensued, in front of all my teammates and the coach. Also, the first time through, I forgot to close the back window...yeah, they had fun with that.

So how's wiping mud off leather?

Doesn't something happen to a car if driver very very quickly on mud or water?
Pardon my ignorance!

Actually, if you stop and think about it for a second, it's about a million times easier than wiping it off cloth. Only the headrest got any mud, through some miracle, and it came right off.

Yes. It slides all over the place.

haha, no but, mechanically to the engine/suspension?

Yup, I probably totaled it.
On a serious note, as far as I know, it doesn't. It wasn't deep at all, just really slippery.

May parents are really protective of their 2002 dodge ram 1500 4x4 for some reason. I splashed through a 1 foot deep mud puddle and parked it. They nearly had a heart attack thinking anytime you use a 4x4 in even the mildest off road situation it is gonna break and die or something. My dad immediately had to wash it off completely. I don't get them. I felt sorta bad that he washed it but I didn't think it really mattered but I guess its his OCD that it must be clean so I sorta dont feel bad. ITS A TRUCK!

Is your dad the wicked witch of the west?

No LOL he is mostly chill. But he has his weird little obsessions.

No I meant, does he think this will happen?

Hope ya got as big trunk cause I'm gonna put my bike in it.

That's how I transport my bike lol

Bro, are you even trying?
For real though, that's pretty impressive for something that most owners wouldn't dream of hitting a puddle with.

My mom is the same way with her Silverado, I don't understand it.
Meanwhile, when I had Jeeps they always looked like this.

If you somehow get water into the intake, yes. That's pretty hard to do if you aren't going through water over your bumper.

I think mine would look like that if I had a jeep or truck as well. Unless I was going on a date then I would hose it off.

Thanks!

Also, it depends on where your intake is located. My friend learned the hard way that just because a little 4Runner can ford a creek, doesn't mean a big F150 can.

You just wait 'til winter. I don't want anything bad to happen to my baby, but I also don't plan on grannying her.

Damn, A8s are sexy, especially with those rims.
Great, now I want one.
